S.W.I.M lessons:
S.W.I.M stands for Sensory. Water. Interaction and Movement.
The pool is a perfect place to be creative and use our imaginations. Our lessons are themed each week which encourages EPIC (explore, play, investigation, creation) moments in the water. One week we will be going to the moon, the next we will be deep sea divers and mermaids with many more different exciting and fun themes.
The pool is a perfect place to make happy memories. Our lessons provide opportunities for your child to actively use their senses as they explore the world through sensory play. This leads to the child being able to complete more complex learning tasks and supports their cognitive growth, language development, gross motor skills, social interaction and problem solving.
The pool is a perfect place for love and bonding, building up strong emotional connections between you and your child. Our program has a mindful approach that is relaxed with no pressure on outcomes and lets your child take the lead.
The pool is a perfect place to be joyful and see the world through a child's eye. We will use songs and music to tap in to our emotions. It will be used to calm or build the pace of the lesson.
The pool is a perfect place for nurturing touch which is soothing and building trust. If a child feels safe, they will be ready to explore. It helps you bond while engaging their senses and encouraging their happy and healthy development.
The pool is a perfect place for positive communication. A time to pause and ponder. Basic sign language will be used to give you and your child the tools to express their needs which in turn lowers their frustration.
All these combined creates harmony in the water, therefore the pool is a perfect place to build a strong, confident and happy swimmers.
Children's S.W.I.M lessons at Studley.
I am so excited to be starting swimming lessons at a private pool called The Coach House in Studley, Warwickshire.
I will be offering sessions for:
Level 1 - Angel Fish } 6 months - 1 year old
Level 2 - Clown Fish } 1 year old - 2 years old
Level 3 - Butterfly Fish } 2 years old - 3 years old
Level 4 - Rainbow Fish } 3 years old - 4 years old
On a Tuesday and Friday mornings.

The are 8 week blocks and are £110 with no extra fees.
Each level has an achievement certificate using the Little fish Big Fish progress checklist.
The levels are guided by age but your child can be placed in any of the levels depending on ability too.
