What is Power H2o?

Power H2o is a high-energy, dynamic aquatic programme designed to revolutionise training sessions for older, more advanced children and adults. Created by Helen, this innovative approach to fitness combines swimming, aquatic exercises, and land-based workouts to deliver a challenging and enjoyable full-body workout.

At its core, Power H2o incorporates:

  • Length swimming and stroke refinement: These elements focus on improving technique, endurance, and speed, making it ideal for swimmers looking to enhance their skills and fitness levels.

  • Hardcore aqua moves: Unlike traditional aqua aerobics, Power H2o features robust, high-intensity aquatic exercises that push participants to their limits, strengthening muscles and improving overall cardiovascular fitness.

  • Land-based exercises: The poolside becomes part of the training space, where participants step out of the water to perform complementary exercises, creating a well-rounded and multi-faceted workout.

Helen originally introduced Power H2o in Florida, where it became a massive success. The programme was so well-received that she offered it as a standalone option, appealing to a wide audience seeking more than just a fitness routine. To elevate the experience further, Helen integrated a nutrition element, providing participants with a comprehensive wellness programme that supports their health and fitness goals.
